Alpha88 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms of use applicable to all users of the alpha88 platform. Please read these terms carefully in full before registering or using any of the services we provide.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the alpha88 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the full terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
The alpha88 platform is strictly for individuals who meet the minimum legal age requirement in Malaysia. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
Alpha88 reserves the right to deny access or terminate the account of any user found to be ineligible under the stipulated criteria, or who provided false information during the registration process.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the alpha88 platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active email address, and valid phone number. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice. You are also responsible for keeping your account information current should any changes occur.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. alpha88 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the platform immediately. Any activity carried out through your account will be deemed to have been performed by you, unless proven otherwise.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from using this platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation. The use of automated software (bots), scripts, or other unauthorised methods to exploit the platform is strictly forbidden. Any attempt to disrupt platform operations, hack systems, or access another user's data without authorisation constitutes a serious violation and may result in legal action.
Regional Restrictions
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the alpha88 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. This platform is intended for Malaysian users. If you access the platform from a region where such services are restricted, you do so at your own risk. alpha88 reserves the right to restrict access from certain regions without providing any reason.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the alpha88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their accounts come from legitimate sources. alpha88 reserves the right to request proof of identity or supporting documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding set limits.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the platform and are subject to change from time to time. Supported payment methods include FPX and e-wallets listed on the platform. All transactions are final once confirmed, except in proven cases of fraud.
Any bonuses or promotions offered are subject to their specific terms and conditions. Abuse of the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, constitutes a violation of these terms and will result in forfeiture of rewards and account closure.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the platform account. Transfers to third parties are not permitted unless written authorisation has been granted by the platform.

Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
Alpha88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, service interruptions, technical delays, third-party system failures, or any events beyond the platform's control.
This platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose.
A user account may be suspended or permanently closed under the following circumstances: breach of these terms and conditions; detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity; request by legal authorities; failure to complete identity verification; or at the platform's absolute discretion with reasonable notice given to the user.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the alpha88 platform — including logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of the platform and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify any of this content without prior written authorisation.
The alpha88 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. alpha88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Alpha88 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without separate prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
It is the user's responsibility to check this terms and conditions page periodically for any updates. The last updated date will be stated at the top of this document.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
